How long can I book for?

Citystay Living provide accommodation in Cambridge from 2 nights onwards and we have no upper limit. We offer accommodation priced by the night, the week or the month, depending on your requirements. Each one of these pricing models include various different service levels.

What is a licence to occupy?

At Citystay Living, we offer flexible licences to occupy as opposed to tenancy agreements. The terms are much more flexible, allowing you to extend and shorten your occupancy as necessary. We understand that in a fast-moving world, plans and projects can change, therefore our licence agreements have been designed to give you flexibility over your accommodation.

What fees do I need to pay?

There are no hidden fees with a Citystay Living occupancy. Unlike traditional letting agents, you only pay one fee to Citystay Living and one fully refundable damage deposit of £500 should you choose a weekly or monthly rated stay of longer than 28 nights. There are no nasty additional fees at any point. We believe in transparency from the start, so you know exactly where you stand.

What is included in the cost?

All Citystay Living's properties come fully furnished and fully equipped, with all bills included. The furnishing and equipping includes everything you need to live, down to providing bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The bills included covers you pay covers all of the following: rent, council tax, water, electricity and gas bills, unlimited Wi-Fi & TV licence with nothing additional to pay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy will vary depending on where and how you have booked, if you are uncertain about the terms of your booking, please contact our reservations team.

How do I book?

Citystay Living accepts bookings via our website, telephone, or email and our office is open 7 days a week. Once we are aware of your accommodation requirements, desired start date and for how long you require accommodation in Cambridge, our team will provide personalised options and outline the prices.

Can I bring pets?

Is parking available?
